Impala Vleis, still the name of our retail store is a eight time award winning butchery, Cleaver Award winner 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017 evaluated on Hygiene, Quality (of product), Service & Value - 2016 & 2017 the Retail store was the National Cleaver Award winner making it the Best Butchery in South Africa under the 4 till points & more catagory.The wholesale operation (Rossouw Meat Purveyors) services over 230 clients weekly in 6 provinces namely Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State & Western Cape.     We do some of the most exquisite dry aged steaks around, like this New York Steak we do a prime cut Sirloin on the Bone matured as a primal for 14 – 28 days to perfection. This gives the richest and most unique taste that will give you that something extra to serve to your customers.

  • We supply primals to butchery’s and restaurants that cut their own meat. We debone all our own primals in our hygienic state of the art deboning Facility. Primals are trimmed to perfection and vacuumed in shrink bags for extra shelf life. We supply fresh or matured to customers dependent on specification.
